About the Role:
This Telephone Sales Executive position involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting products and services, and generating leads that can be converted into sales. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers, effectively communicating the benefits of working with Pratap Partnership Ltd, and addressing any objections or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Effectively communicating the benefits of working with the business and addressing customer objections
- Using CRM software to log interactions and manage customer relationships
- Maintaining accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved
- Following up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns
- Achieving individual and team targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
- Experience in sales capacity, whether face-to-face, email, or telephone, or equivalent customer service experience that involved up-selling and cross-selling to achieve targets
- Strong, clear verbal communication skills
- The ability to translate company services and products into benefits for each potential customer
- Experience using a database system to log calls and monitor sales pipeline
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
