Business Development Representative

Salary: £25,000 OTE £29,000
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our National Field Sales Team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering market share growth across a defined portfolio of stores, regardless of their Route To Market (RTM).
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the soft drink industry and be able to communicate effectively with retailers to drive sales and distribution of AG Barr's core brands. You will be required to work closely with the Field Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive distribution of AG Barr's core brands across a defined portfolio of stores
- Form strong relationships with retailers to drive sales and distribution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market share growth
- Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers
Requirements:
- Full driving licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Good standard of presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with retailers
