Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. As a Telephone Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting products and services to potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate company services into benefits for each potential customer. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved, and following up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Effectively communicating the benefits of working with the business, addressing any objections, questions or concerns.
- Using CRM software to log interactions and manage customer relationships.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Following up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales capacity, whether face-to-face, email, or telephone; or equivalent customer service experience that involved up- and cross-selling to achieve targets.
- Strong, clear verbal communication skills.
- The ability to translate company services and products into benefits for each potential customer.
- Experience using a database system to log calls and monitor sales pipeline.
