Key Account Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2. While previous sales experience is not required, we look for individuals who will thrive in a target-driven role.
About the Role:
As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will meet with prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services. We offer in-depth training to enable you to have quality conversations with customers from the start and set you up for success. The role requires a positive, winning attitude, self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets, and the resilience to deal with rejections.
What We Offer:
A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions), uncapped commission, car allowance (pro-rata), 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, birthday off, and an excellent pension scheme matching up to 10%. We also offer employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan, and life assurance, as well as a host of Family Friendly policies.
