About Us:

At Universal Business Team, we are seeking an experienced Internal Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team based in Doncaster. As the primary contact for key clients, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
  • Act as the first point of internal contact for all client accounts, providing timely and professional support.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining close communication and building rapport with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide regular reporting and account updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage a busy inbox and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in sales meetings and provide valuable insights to drive business growth.
  • Ensure all actions have been followed up and client needs are met.
  • Work closely with the external Sales Rep to ensure they have all the resources and customer information needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor account spending trends, highlight variances, and assist in creating a plan for account growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Sales driven with a commercially orientated mindset and a passion for success.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
