About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Webasto. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing OEM customers in the Off-Highway industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase share-of-wallet with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead of the game
  • Manage contractual relationships with customers and provide input for sales planning and budgeting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Off-Highway industry with a strong network and hunting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in negotiating and handling complex projects with major accounts preferred
  • Knowledge of thermo-management and electrification preferred
  • Good communication skills, intercultural competencies, sales skills, and strategic thinking
