Key Account Manager for Off-Highway Europe

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing OEM customers in the Off-Highway industry, increasing their share-of-wallet with Webasto. This will involve exploring new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and contractual management with existing and new customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience and a network in the Off-Highway industry, with strong hunting skills. You should also have good organizational skills, able to work independently and in a team, and experience in negotiating and handling complex projects with major accounts. Knowledge of thermo-management and electrification is preferred, as well as good communication skills, intercultural competencies, sales skills, and strategic thinking.
