Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the Off Highway market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our OEM customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Off Highway industry
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of thermo-management and electrification is a plus
