About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in CRM strategy and sales effectiveness. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a robust Salesforce-CRM strategy aligned with our business vision and future models.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive platform adoption and engagement through tailored training for sales teams.
- Establish and maintain best practice processes, maximising the commercial impact and ROI.
- Lead a network of Salesforce champions, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, offering solutions for business challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading sales CRM strategies in sales-driven organisations.
- Strong knowledge of leveraging sales intelligence for strategic initiatives.
- Experience supporting and coaching teams in Salesforce skills and best practices.
- Proficient in data interpretation and visualisation.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
