OVHcloud seeks a highly skilled Channel Sales Strategist to spearhead the roll-out of its Partner Program in Northern Europe.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires someone with a deep understanding of indirect sales, channel strategy, and business operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving growth through partnerships and have experience working with various partner types, including VARs, SIs, MSPs, and consultancy companies.

The successful candidate will work closely with local sales teams, stakeholders, and partners to develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition, onboarding, and animation strategy. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, supporting partners in achieving their goals, and ensuring alignment with OVHcloud's overall business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing a partner acquisition strategy, including identifying potential partners, creating engaging content, and attending industry events.
  • Servicing and supporting existing partners, including providing training, resources, and regular check-ins.
  • Working with the sales director to define local co-marketing plans and events with major partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records of partner interactions, progress, and success metrics.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and experience working with various partner types.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools such as Office 365 and CRM systems would be an asset.
  • A competitive salary of around €60,000-€80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
