Affiliate Channel Strategist

Lyca Mobile Group is seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Channel Strategist to lead our global affiliate operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategy, working closely with our Head of Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue growth.
- IDentify and recruit new affiliates, negotiating contracts and commission structures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Execute day-to-day affiliate management, including landing page optimization, affiliate communication, and offer development.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and recommend improvements to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
- Presentation regular analysis reports to stakeholders, including number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, sales generated, and commissions earned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of affiliate management experience, with proven results in developing and growing an internal affiliate channel/program.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and grow relationships with affiliates, networks, and price comparison partners.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking methods, tagging, and sale attribution.
- Proven negotiator with strong partnership-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand numbers and trends, develop action plans, and guide affiliates on online marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email marketing, media buys, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree level or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Additional European language a plus, but not required.
Salary: Estimated €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
