About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and take on a key role in driving business growth across the UK. As part of our continuously growing company, you will have the opportunity to establish and retain areas for business growth, identify opportunities in new markets and products, and support the design and development of marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, with experience in specification markets such as architects, councils, and local authorities. They will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful sales growth, possess excellent project management skills, and have a full UK driving license.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating sales forecasts, developing business cases, and working closely with colleagues to drive business growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of autonomy, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The estimated salary for this position is £57,500-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a quarterly bonus structure.
