Job Overview

Steeper Group, a leading supplier of Orthotic, Prosthetic and Assistive Technology products, is seeking an experienced Prosthetic Product Manager to join their sales team. Based in the UK, this role offers a unique opportunity for clinicians to broaden their horizons, gain international experience, and provide first-class clinical support to customers.

About the Role

This position requires a minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as a Prosthetist/Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing specific areas of the company's product sales business, attending regular review meetings with internal and external customer groups, and delivering a professional service to meet/exceed customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities

* Manage the sales of Steeper's prosthetic products in the UK and overseas markets.
* Develop and maintain close relationships with key supplier contacts to facilitate current and future business opportunities.
* Support the Head of Sales and Director of Prosthetics in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused sales strategy.
* Work closely with others to ensure customer needs are fulfilled and communications managed in a professional and proactive manner.

Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as a Prosthetist or Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to deal with technical, operational, and commercial issues.
* Hold a full UK driver's licence.
