Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Sales Enablement Director to lead and optimise their sales operations function. This is a fully remote role offering the flexibility of working from home, combined with the opportunity to make a significant impact on a thriving business.

The ideal candidate will have a long tenure in sales operations and be a business graduate who is a master CRM user. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

This is a multifaceted and highly varied role where you will lead and manage a talented team of 8 sales enablement professionals, including a Sales Trainer, Data Analyst, CRM Manager, and Commercial Excellence Manager.

You will drive sales effectiveness and efficiency across three distinct sales teams, implement best practices in sales enablement, leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge tools.

The required skills and qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations, with a proven record of driving and improving sales performance.
  • A Business Management degree (or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Masterful command of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • A deep understanding of the balance between driving activity and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
