Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts for rotating equipment in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expanding our market share through strategic partnerships and innovative sales approaches.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits package

About the Role:
  In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our engineering team to develop a deep understanding of our products and services. You will also collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling value propositions for our customers. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You must be a self-motivated and driven individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of industrial flow control equipment and processes
