Strategic Sales Director

About the RoleYou will play a pivotal role in promoting and expanding their leadership programmes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business Growth: Identify, target, and secure new clients through networking and strategic relationships.
- Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior executives, HR directors, and learning & development leaders across various sectors.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends and ensure their programmes align with evolving industry needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in leadership development, training, HR solutions, or a similar field.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals, with a portfolio of established client relationships.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
- A highly motivated and self-starting attitude, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in leadership trends, team dynamics, and organisational growth.
