As a highly motivated Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships in the demanding sectors of defense, aerospace, and industrial applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders and budgets effectively.
  • Generate quality leads and find new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Convert opportunities into sales through strategic relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and meet targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Visit customers and distributors to explore new opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Self-manage and collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.
  • Log and update opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis.
  • Handle general sales administration and conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition.

Essential Requirements:

  • A technical background in electronics manufacturing or engineering, with at least 2 years' experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Strong technical skills and an understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
  • Previous experience in the aerospace, automotive, or marine industry.
  • A degree or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Ability to travel within the UK and overseas, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Compensation Package:
