Results-Oriented Sales and Account Executive

As a Sales Executive at POST, you will be responsible for generating new business through focused sales activity, approaching new and existing clients, and driving business goals. This office-based role involves utilizing various channels to connect with customers and promote products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and contacting prospective customers via social media platforms, email, and phone calls.
- Updating the ZOHO CRM with new prospects to build data and maximize opportunities.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting field-based teams to drive business goals.
- Effectively using the sales process to sell on brands, quality, and value while promoting repeat business.
- Communicating and building rapport with customers through effective listening.
- Attending remote or in-person team meetings, conferences, and training days when requested.
- Displaying excellent product/service knowledge and demonstrating the ability to deliver this information over the phone or in presentations.
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this role is £30,000, with commission paid monthly above a reasonable threshold. Additional benefits include 21 days of holiday plus bank holidays, pension matching up to 5% of salary, and support for professional development.
