Duties and Responsibilities:

- Spearhead After Sales Services operations to meet customer expectations

- Design and implement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction ratings

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues

">

- Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback and propose actionable recommendations

Necessary Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering)

- At least 5 years of experience in After Sales Services or a related area

">

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workload

Compensation Package: Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $140,000
