About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at POST recruitment. This is an office-based role with a consultative approach, where you will be responsible for achieving daily KPIs and monthly revenue targets by selling high quality products to the HoReCa industry.

As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include researching and contacting prospective customers, liaising with internal stakeholders, and communicating with customers through effective listening. You will also update CRM data, retain customers, and grow accounts over time.

Your tasks will include:

  • Researching and contacting prospective customers via various channels.
  • Selling own label and third-party products directly to smaller customers.
  • Updating ZOHO CRM with new prospects to build data and maximize opportunity.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting field-based teams.
  • Effectively using the sales process to sell on brands, quality, and value.
  • Achieving substantial daily KPIs.
  • Communicating and building rapport with customers through effective listening.

We estimate that this role will come with a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
