Job Description

This office-based role involves generating new business through focused sales activity, including approaching new and existing clients via various channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, Phone, and others.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Researching and contacting prospective customers via social media platforms, email, and phone calls.
  2. Updating the ZOHO CRM with new prospects to build data and maximize opportunities.
  3. Liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting field-based teams to drive business goals.
  4. Effectively using the sales process to sell on brands, quality, and value while promoting repeat business.
  5. Communicating and building rapport with customers through effective listening.
  6. Attending remote or in-person team meetings, conferences, and training days when requested.
  7. Displaying excellent product/service knowledge and demonstrating the ability to deliver this information over the phone or in presentations.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is £30,000, with commission paid monthly above a reasonable threshold. Additional benefits include 21 days of holiday plus bank holidays, pension matching up to 5% of salary, and support for professional development.
