Key Responsibilities
• Lead and direct customer service teams to deliver business objectives in a safe and risk-free environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and lead the delivery of excellent revenue protection in line with the business strategy and commercial considerations.
Requirements
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver business objectives.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to groups of managers.
• Sound understanding of the dimensions of the role, with the ability to ensure cash handling and management is accurate and secure.
