About the Role:

As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, supporting the Team Leader and Business Services Manager, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services across multiple areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow efficiently across various service areas
  • Ensure timely achievement and continuous improvement of service levels
  • Regularly review services to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain stationery, facilities, and equipment in good condition
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and site initiatives as assigned
  • Contribute to health and safety audits and ensure compliance
  • Support sustainability and paper-lite initiatives
  • Greet visitors and interact with colleagues professionally
  • Arrange hospitality and room bookings, including setup
  • Supervise events, manage coffee machines, and report trends
  • Deliver excellent file management services and sort mail
  • Provide photocopying, scanning, and printing as needed
  • Collect data for billing and client chargeback purposes
  • Complete extensive computer and data-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Continual improvement mindset and openness to feedback
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and service users

Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus company benefits, includes salary sacrifice schemes, life assurance, private medical insurance, health assessments, discounted gym memberships, and referral scheme.
