About the Role

The Head of Regulatory Analysis is a pivotal position at Carlisle Support Service, driving growth and development through effective training programs.

As a senior leader, you will oversee the implementation of operational training initiatives, ensuring compliance and revenue generation through marketing and sales efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing training programs addressing organizational needs.
  2. Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  3. Leading industry advocacy and client relationships to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  4. Monitoring IQA and EQA assessments to maintain training integrity.
  5. Collaborating with department heads to develop relevant and effective training programs.
  6. Utilizing metrics and feedback to assess program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Increasing revenue through public SIA course marketing and sales.
  8. Maintaining industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  9. Providing leadership and guidance to the training team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  10. Ensuring the team offers high-quality training by coaching and mentoring members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior training or operational role, with a track record of developing successful training programs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of operational processes and best practices, as well as familiarity with training methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrable man-management and leadership experience within the Security and FM sector.
  • Extensive experience of understanding financial principles, with the ability to analyse and navigate the impact of financial decisions and problem-solving.
