Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Tutor to join our faculty at Twin Employment & Training Ltd. As a key member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training experiences to students in the Healthcare sector.

About the Role:

  • To collaborate with our quality management team to ensure that teaching meets OFSTED standards.
  • To drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AEB contract delivery.
  • To possess a full driving licence and have access to a car during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  2. Have qualifications in Health & Social Care at a minimum of L3.
  3. Possess a teaching qualification – Minimum L3 award in Education and Training.
  4. Familiarity with OFSTED expectations for high-quality education delivery.
  5. Experience in delivering employability sessions such as CV writing and interview skills.

Working Conditions:

  • $50,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Hours: Full time – Monday to Friday.
  • Up to 25 days annual leave (pro rata) + bank holidays + Birthday Day off, per year.
  • Long service award, an extra day's annual leave per year completed, up to 5 additional days.
  • 5 days paid sick leave per year.
  • Employee referral scheme, up to £500 per successful referral.
  • Sabbatical Leave the right to request up to 1 month's unpaid sabbatical leave.
