Health and Social Care Educator

CV-Library is seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Tutor/Assessor to join their team in Birmingham. As a Tutor and Skills Assessor, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging sessions to learners, teaching health and social care level 1 and 2, and providing one-to-one support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching health and social care subjects to students aged 16-19 with special educational needs.
- Delivering induction and initial assessments, as well as monitoring individualized learning programmes.
- Creating lesson plans and developing training programmes to meet the needs of learners.
Requirements:
In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have relevant qualifications such as PTLLS, Certed or equivalent, or NVQ Diploma or Degree in health and social care. Assessing qualifications such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32/D33 are desirable but not essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £15,751 to £19,889 per annum, based on 22.5 hours per week for 42 weeks of the year.
