Job Title: Permanent Health & Social Care Tutor

We are seeking a qualified teacher to join our faculty as a permanent Health & Social Care Tutor. As a key member, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in the Health & Social Care sector.

About the Role:

  • Teach Health & Social Care courses to students at various levels.
  • Collaborate with quality management to ensure teaching meets OFSTED standards.
  • Possess a full driving licence and have access to a car during working hours.

Requirements:

  1. Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  2. Have qualifications in Health & Social Care at a minimum of L3.
  3. Possess a teaching qualification – Minimum L3 award in Education and Training.
  4. Familiarity with OFSTED expectations for high-quality education delivery.
  5. Experience in delivering employability sessions such as CV writing and interview skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Hours: Full time – Monday to Friday.
  • Up to 25 days annual leave (pro rata) + bank holidays + Birthday Day off, per year.
  • Long service award, an extra days annual leave per year completed, up to 5 additional days.
  • 5 days paid sick leave per year.
  • Employee referral scheme, up to £500 per successful referral.
  • Sabbatical Leave the right to request up to 1 months unpaid sabbatical leave.
