Vocational Tutor for Health and Social Care

At Pathway Group, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training to our learners. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vocational Tutor for Health and Social Care to join our team. As a Vocational Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering effective learning programs to learners completing Health and Social Care qualifications. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and delivering award-winning organization requirements, assessing learners against relevant industry standards, and developing and implementing programs of embedded learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality learning with successful outcomes related to the chosen vocational program
  • Meet the needs of learners and organisational priorities
  • Develop and implement programs of embedded learning that provide learners with functional skills relevant to their vocational and employment needs

Requirements:

  • High level of subject knowledge and course delivery
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines and targets
  • Previous experience and current competence in working within the Skills Sector and in a tutor delivery role
