Human Resources Assistant

A key role has become available in our Human Resources department at Back 2 Work Complete Training, focusing on administrative tasks and supporting the team. As an HR Administration Apprentice, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the HR function and gain valuable experience in a professional environment.
You will work closely with the HR team to maintain accurate records, coordinate recruitment activities, and prepare essential documents. Additionally, you will input data into the HR information system, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Main Responsibilities:- Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and document preparation.
- Coordinating recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and assisting with job postings.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Preparing HR documents, including offer letters and contracts, under guidance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in HR administration.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong customer service focus.
