Senior Job Evaluation Officer

This is a permanent role with hybrid working in Birmingham.

  • Lead a team of 4-5 Job Evaluation officers.
  • Collaborate with the Reward manager to research, review and develop job evaluation methods and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Work closely with HR teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with Trade Unions.
  • Conduct organisation-wide job evaluations.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in HR generalist or Reward roles previously.
  • Experience of working within the NJC framework.
  • Ability to commute to Birmingham 2-3 days per week.
  • Ideal line management experience, or dotted line reporting previously.
