Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join Niyaa People Ltd in our Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering all aspects of HR, providing insights and guidance on HR-related matters, and monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes.
The successful applicant will have CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualifications and experience in human resources management. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing recruitment consultancy and contribute to the development of our employee wellbeing culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of HR
- Provide insights and guidance on all HR-related matters
- Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
