Job Summary:

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function, including conducting right-to-work checks, drafting letters, and managing new starter administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct right-to-work checks and verify documentation.
  • Prepare contracts of employment and manage new starter administration.
  • Assist with employee relations cases.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (desirable).
