About the Role

This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our executive team members and their departments, as well as managing the day-to-day activities of our HR team. The successful candidate will have strong generalist HR knowledge, with a focus on employment relations and TUPE. They will also need to have prior experience of leading a team and possess excellent collaborative skills.

The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in ensuring that our payroll is delivered accurately and on time each month. They will also be responsible for managing projects and coordinating data requirements from our executive team and heads of department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day generalist activity in the executive team members' departments
  • Lead the annual pay review and engagement survey
  • Deliver change management programs as required by the business
  • Liaise with Chief of Staff to ensure information is provided for executive team and board via KPI packs and reports
Requirements
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge with emphasis on employment relations and TUPE
  • Prior experience of leading a team

  • Able to work with complex landscape and find solutions for the business
