About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Campus Human Resources Manager to join our team at Global Banking School. As a Campus Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations on campus, including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall HR vision and organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with campus leaders and department heads to address HR-related issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing HR team to provide exceptional HR services to faculty, staff, and students.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a higher education or large organisational setting.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience with HR systems, including recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Campus Human Resources Manager at Global Banking School, you can expect:
  • $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 20 days annual leave, plus 10 public holidays.
  • 2-day extra leave per year of service, up to a maximum of 10 days.
