Job Overview:

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on travel destinations, packages, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to deliver personalized service and exceed expectations.
  2. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
  3. Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients during their travels.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum.
