As a key member of our team at Redefined Ltd, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our retail store.

We're offering a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.

Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and life outside of work, including 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension scheme, and long service awards.

This role requires someone with experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment, effective delegation skills, patience, and a friendly manner.

  1. Motivate and support your team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  2. Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks efficiently.
  3. Create an environment where colleagues can thrive and develop themselves.
  4. Manage operations within your Store and collaborate with other teams in the absence of senior management.
  5. Ensure freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management are maintained to guarantee smooth shifts.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer experiences every time they visit the store.
