Customer Service Manager

As a key member of our team at Redefined Ltd, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our retail store.
We're offering a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and life outside of work, including 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension scheme, and long service awards.
This role requires someone with experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment, effective delegation skills, patience, and a friendly manner.

- Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Create an environment where colleagues can thrive and develop themselves.
- Manage operations within your Store and collaborate with other teams in the absence of senior management.
- Ensure freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management are maintained to guarantee smooth shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences every time they visit the store.
