Customer Service - A People-Focused Career
Are you someone who can start a conversation in any environment? One of those people who manages to get things done, no matter how much there is to do? If the answer is yes, there's a place in our Customer Service team for you.
We're looking for someone who can build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and find ways to improve their experience. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service, using product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities.
You'll communicate with customers on the telephone, via email, and respond to website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback. You'll take ownership of the customer journey and build relationships with regular customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals from a customer service environment, ideally with industry experience, who would like to see and feel the impact of their work in a hands-on, highly operational, service-focused business.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring the following skills and behaviours:
- Proven experience in a Hire Controller or Customer Service role
- Experience in developing and utilising product knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills, including negotiating and influencing
- Comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions
- An effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach
- A flexible and adaptable approach, enjoying a varied work day in a fast-paced operational environment
- A commitment to continuous improvement, putting forward and acting on suggestions to improve processes and service levels
- A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages
