Customer Relationship Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Advisor to join our team at Bunzl UK and Ireland. As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you will be responsible for growing or reestablishing business trade with our smaller value customers by providing suitable solutions fit for their business needs and building long-lasting relationships to retain their business ongoingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Call outbound to customers to identify new business opportunities and build relationships
- Upsell our internal range of exclusive products and services to customers
- Manage and build strong customer relationships while personalising your approach based on the customer's specific business needs
- Analyse customer accounts and provide accurate information
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions via our CRM system
- Provide a knowledgeable and positive customer experience
- Work as part of a sales and support team, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources
Requirements
We are looking for a self-motivated and upbeat individual with excellent customer service skills, preferably with a background in targeted sales and/or outbound calling (1 year's experience). You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication skills. You should also be computer literate and able to pick up in-house CRM systems.
