Food Industry Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food Industry Relationship Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their knowledge of the food manufacturing industry and build long-term relationships with key clients.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering business partnerships, and driving sales initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will provide exceptional service to clients, understand their needs and requirements, and communicate proactively to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, develop and maintain strong relationships, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of food manufacturing trends and market dynamics.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop account plans, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the food manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of client relationship management and sales success.
- In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
