Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive growth, build lasting relationships, and lead our food industry clients to success.

About the Role:

In this critical position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts in the food manufacturing sector. Your strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and strategic acumen will be integral to building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main liaison between our clients and internal teams, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business interests.
- Communicate proactively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and seek opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Business Development:

You will identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of food manufacturing trends and market dynamics. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients, expanding product offerings, and driving revenue growth.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Develop account plans and sales forecasts to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service to secure long-term partnerships and drive customer loyalty.

Product and Market Knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare detailed reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market trends to track progress and inform strategic decision-making. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the food manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of client relationship management and sales success.
- In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
