About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. As an Account Manager in the food manufacturing industry, you will play a vital role in managing key client accounts, fostering business partnerships, and driving sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business interests.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and seek opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • You will develop account plans and sales forecasts to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service to secure long-term partnerships and drive customer loyalty.
Product and Market Knowledge:
  • You will stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • You will prepare detailed reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market trends to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the food manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of client relationship management and sales success.
  • In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
