Nexus Elite is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to drive the growth of their Seasonal Turnaround Services (STS) business unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and new business development, with a proven track record of delivering sales targets.

The STS division specializes in deep cleaning and hotel housekeeping services for Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and university sectors. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Business Unit Director and Administration Manager to bid and win new work with PBSA organizations and universities.

Responsibilities include generating new leads, completing bids in RFP processes, and collaborating with the Business Development Director to achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for managing and delivering a £1m+ sales target, as well as contributing to the company's long-term business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have existing sales experience, a strong understanding of the facilities management industry, and excellent communication skills. A basic salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus commission and car allowance, makes this an attractive opportunity for career progression.
