Role Overview
Nexus Elite seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth within its Seasonal Turnaround Services (STS) division. This role is ideal for individuals with existing sales experience, looking to progress their careers by owning a service line target.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Business Unit Director and Administration Manager to bid and win new business opportunities in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and university sectors. STS is Nexus Elite's longest standing and most profitable business unit, contributing significantly to the company's long-term objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and complete bids in both private sector (PBSA) and public sector (university) RFP processes.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving STS PBSA sales targets, STS university sales targets, and maintaining a strong next financial year pipeline coverage.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Director and Administration Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for business development.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in facilities management or a related field.
- New business development experience, preferably in public sector/university bid contexts.
- Able to provide evidence of managing and delivering £1m+ sales targets.
What We Offer
