Area Sales Development Manager

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Growth Specialist with the Universal Business Team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across the North of England and managing existing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing key accounts to achieve significant sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to grow existing client base and identify new business opportunities
- Promote our products and services to customers through face-to-face meetings, telesales, and virtual presentations
- Manage a pipeline of new leads and opportunities to ensure timely conversion into sales revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Provide technical advice to customers on our products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market insights
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a successful Sales Executive with a proven track record of sales growth
- Demonstrable passion and engagement in communicating complex ideas to various audiences
- Ideal candidates will have an engineering or mechanical background, but not essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential
- Clean UK Driving licence is mandatory
