Sales Development Manager

Seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to drive growth in the Midlands region, covering postcodes across the area. With excellent commission opportunities and scope for advancement, this role is ideal for experienced sales professionals or those looking to transition into a racking and storage solutions focused career.
The successful candidate will generate new business by conducting site surveys, providing customer quotes, and developing a sales plan to grow the given territory. A consultative approach will be key in winning new business and providing detailed quotations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new business through site visits and sales efforts
- Developing and implementing a sales plan to grow the territory
- Providing consultative sales support to customers
A competitive salary of up to £45,000 is on offer, along with 23 days holiday + statutory, hybrid or electric company car, phone & laptop, genuine growth opportunity, working with a fast-growing yet well-established company within the racking industry.
