Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The Fuel Store Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing with a strong track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
