Regional Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Team Lead to lead Field Sales Teams in Scotland and North East England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for people development and performance delivery.
About the Role:- Create aligned targets, priorities, and measures to deliver the Field Sales strategy.
- Focusing on market share growth, success, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support training and development of Field Sales Managers and wider team through coaching and on-the-job development.
- Recruit, induct, and develop a team of Field Sales Managers through training and coaching, driving retention through team building, career progression, and positive engagement.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have people management experience or considerable account FMCG sales experience with coaching experience or ability to coach effectively.
- Good commercial understanding and ability to analyse and create plans from performance data.
- A full driving licence is essential.
