Field Sales Leadership Expert

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are AG Barr, a leading UK drinks company, seeking a Field Sales Leadership Expert to join our Field Sales Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Field Sales Team in their designated region across S&I, creating aligned targets and priorities to deliver the Field Sales strategy. They will also support the creation and delivery of training for the team and create a pipeline of talent for the future.
The ideal candidate will have people management experience, commercial understanding, and the ability to analyse performance data. A full driving licence is essential, and flexibility to visit customers and team members that may require overnights is necessary.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including up to 33 days holiday, flexible holiday trading, living wage employer status, healthcare cash plan, and more.
