Field Sales Leadership Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at AG Barr, a leading manufacturer of soft drinks in the UK.
As a Regional Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Field Sales Managers across Scotland and North East England. Your primary goal will be to drive market share growth and ensure the success and profitability of your team, including overhead costs and budget.
The successful candidate will have people management experience or considerable account FMCG sales experience, ideally with coaching experience or demonstrating the ability to coach effectively. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good level of commercial understanding and the ability to analyse and create plans from performance data.
You will also require strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and manage positive and difficult conversations. A full driving licence is essential, and flexibility to visit customers and team members that may require overnights is necessary.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits such as up to 33 days holiday, flexible holiday trading, and a Living Wage Employer status.
