Field Sales Manager

A.G. BARR Group is a leading manufacturer of soft drinks, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Role to join our team. As a Regional Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Field Sales Teams in designated regions across Scotland and North East England.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the Field Sales Teams to achieve sales targets and deliver results-driven strategies.
* Developing and implementing effective sales plans, targeting key customer segments and identifying new business opportunities.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in FMCG sales and people management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
